I get calls all the time of folks wanting me to "motivate" them. But I tell them they don't need more motivation, or discipline, or will power, or focus. Those are all finite and depleting resources. All they really need is a diet and exercise habit that works for them. Thoughts are just passengers in the chemical vehicles that shuttle them around. If you change the chemicals in your head you'll radically change your sense of focus and motivation.
